You can request a “job ready” take off. This would include a highlighted and color-coded set of working drawings, job specifications and written scope of work all ready to hand to your job foreman. With this your foreman will have everything they need to manage and execute the project. More importantly, this will prevent your foreman from completing work you don’t own!
We recommend you also review and complete this task personally. This way you’re completely familiar with your project. 100% prepared and ready to successfully manage and complete the project with your team.
